PlayerMaker is the ultimate performance insight product for football teams. We are a growing start-up with 3 locations around the world (Israel, US, UK) . We have an amazing work atmosphere and we are looking for passionate and creative people who like to work as a team and are good at making things happen.

At Playermaker, the Account Manager will understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map.

As an Account Manager you will be providing the following services for our customers: product training, renewals management, onboarding process, supporting technical support tickets and maintaining and tracking customer usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Continuously update customer database information in CRM
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
  • Provide on going proactive and reactive, technical and practice support to all customers, by troubleshooting complex issues and feed back to the R&D center

Experience:

  • Proven knowledge in working with sports technologies, in particular with wearables.
  • Experience in working at sports organization in performance, science or coaching departments
  • Capable of conducting business related conversation with customers.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
  • Experience of working with CRM platform is preferred but can be trained in the role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
