Our client are looking for a talented Health and Safety Manager with a background in MEICA. Duties and responsibilities to include: * Ensuring the delivery of legislative compliance and promote continuous improvement of Safety and performance * You’ll be supporting the Site Teams in identifying solutions and options to overcome issues, delivering Toolbox Talks, safety briefings and wellbeing campaigns. * You’ll conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, identifying root cause analysis and recommendations to prevent re-occurrence. Reporting incidents in line with Clients minimum requirements and submit reports within agreed timescales. You’ll also ensure actions from investigations are acted upon and close-out the report in a timely manner. * Assisting in the identification of safety training needs for site based personnel and bring these to the attention of the Regional Health and Safety Manager. Cooperating with the Health and Safety Executive in connection with their site visits. * You'll have the opportunity to suggest, communicate and promote initiatives for accident prevention, promoting innovation and different ways of working, together with monitoring compliance with electronic management systems In return our client offer excellent day rates and working conditions…
