Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Meet Recruiter:
- Manage your own 360 desk, focusing on candidate delivery and new business development
- Source candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job advertisements, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for business development
- Develop expertise in the Life Sciences sector and become proficient in sourcing high-quality, relevant candidates for open roles
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs
- Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent in the industry
- Complete administrative tasks to keep your pipeline and system up to date
- Perform tasks as assigned by management
