Housekeeping Supervisor

We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Housekeeping Supervisor to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London. Key accountabilities

• Supervise and provide superb customer service to our guests and to consistently meet all service and product delivery standards set out by the Company.
• Understand and follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise the team and refer feedback to the Head Housekeeper.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Report and follow up on any guest requests or complaints.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs and assist with other departments, as necessary.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have

• Relevant hotel experience is preferred.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is an advantage.
• Good level of English and flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns.
• Ability to lead a team, multitask and prioritise.
• Great attention to detail by not compromising on quality standards.
