Work Model: Hybrid, typically 3 days per week on-site

Eligibility: Must be a British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship. Successful candidates will undergo Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks after the offer stage.

The Role: Join a team of Systems Engineers focused on designing and delivering complex and innovative solutions. You’ll contribute to the entire development process, from analyzing technical requirements and creating specifications to utilizing modeling techniques and managing verification and validation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply systems engineering practices across the ‘V-model’ to develop advanced products.
  • Use systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Rhapsody) and languages such as SysML to model and study system behaviours.
  • Plan and oversee engineering work packages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and assurance processes.
