Do you want to join one of the UK & Europe's fasted growing FinTech's as a Engineering Squad Lead? Do you want to lead an agile squad to deliver mission critical projects and drive standards?

You'll join a business who enable their customers to move and collect their money in the most efficient ways possible. Their market leading platform can be integrated with other accounting platforms and can be tailored to suit their customers needs.

This role is a real blend of technical leadership, people management, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Leading an Agile squad of 6-8 engineers

– Conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews

– Establish individual and team goals

– Champion high coding standards

This is a key role within the business and so you must come with the following experience:

– Java, Spring and Hibernate

– Microservice architecture

– Relational databases such as PostgreSQL

– Cloud Computing (AWS and DevOps practices such as CI/CD and IaC
