- Undertaking Management Surveys
- Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Preparation of Survey Reports
- Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with site visits
- Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with asbestos removal specifications
- Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with method statements
The successful candidates should hold qualifications as above for Asbestos AFM Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 and BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent Asbestos Surveying qualifications (e.g.: RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying and RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures).
