Principal Recruiter – GTM Europe

After building a successful GTM division in our US team, we are looking to bring on a proven, successful GTM Recruiter to establish our presence in this space in Europe. You will work directly with our founders and be given the financial backing, technology investment and any professional development to achieve your goals.

Principal Recruiter – GTM Europe Responsibilities:

• Market Development & Strategy: Develop a robust Go-To-Market strategy and business case, identifying key industries, sectors, and companies to target along with time-bound objectives
• Candidate & Client Generation: Leverage your existing network whilst continuing to grow with leaders in your domain, building and fostering long-lasting relationships
• 360 Recruitment: Be responsible for engaging your own business and delivering an exceptional level of service to both candidates and clients
• Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and guidance to both clients and candidates.
• CRM: Utilise and value CRM usage to track all activity – we use Bullhorn and Analytics
• KPI's: We are not a KPI heavy business, but believe consistent activity drives results, we want you to believe that too!

Principal Recruiter – GTM Europe Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in agency recruitment in a 360 model, you MUST have BD experience for this position.
• GTM experience in Europe / EMEA is ESSENTIAL – more the better!
• Ideally you will want to be a Team Leader as you build your market out, but if you just want to be a top biller £££ we can facilitate that too!
