This is an excellent, newly-created opportunity for a commercial litigation lawyer to join a young, dynamic litigation funding boutique.

Reporting into a Senior Legal Counsel, you will undertake a broad range of work. The core focus will be analysing cases and projects from an investment perspective, whilst being involved in the portfolio management side of the business. The successful candidate will join a small, entrepreneurial team focussing on high value and complex legal projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Portfolios of disputes for international banking and corporate clients
• Law firm financing arrangements for a range of complex and high value litigation and arbitration projects
• Complex and high value disputes in the English courts

The ideal candidate is likely to have 2PQE as a disputes lawyer currently in a well-regarded law firm. Commercial litigation experience is essential, but additional experience of arbitration and/or contentious insolvency would be a plus. If you are interested, please do get in touch:
