Salary – £27,000 – £30,000, OTE £30,000 – £32,000 + Car allowance £2,000

Key responsibilities include:

– Managing the sales process from offer to completion

– Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers

– Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly

– Providing regular updates to all parties involved

– Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
