Nominated Individual – Children\’s Homes Are you a passionate and experienced leader in the children\’s residential care sector? We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple children\’s homes, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: * Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of multiple children\’s homes, ensuring high-quality care delivery, effective service delivery, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. * Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support Registered Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. * Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements. * Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and other key stakeholders. Essential Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it). * Extensive experience in managing children\’s residential services. * Proven track record of successful Ofsted registrations and compliance. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
