Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing?
- You will be working with the best team, technology and training to provide exceptional levels of service to travellers and travel bookers.
- You will be focused on building relationships whilst providing a ‘high-touch’ service.
- Service is everything here so everything will be tailored to each client’s specific need.
- You will be delivering cost effective solutions across all aspects of travel.
Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
- It is essential that you are fluent in Italian and English and have experience in the Travel Industry as a Consultant with exceptional levels of customer service.
- If you have used a GDS that would be great but not essential - they are also looking for someone with European Rail booking experience.
- This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure.
- We are looking for team players who really care about what they do and put the customer at the heart of everything.
Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know?
- This is a full-time role working either from the London office in a hybrid capacity or you can be fully remote in the UK.
- The opening hours are from 8.30-6.00 - it is a standard 37.5 hour working week so 3 shift patterns 0830-1700/0900-1730/0930-1800.
- As well as a competitive basic salary there is an annual bonus, private health, life assurance, good holiday allowance with the ability to buy more holiday and more.
