Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales plan in line with our 3-year strategy.
- Develop monthly and quarterly plans in line with our sales forecast.
- Spend time out on the road developing new business & generating sales.
- Promote and secure factory and showroom visits to showcase the business and products.
- Develop a sound technical understanding of all Omega products and services to support our Sales Process.
Skills & Competencies:
- A strong prospector to drive new business development.
- Exceptional negotiator and solutions provider.
- Cohesive Team builder.
- Ability to build long term relationships.
- KFM/KBB background preferred.
