We're working with a well-known real estate brand in Leeds to find a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join the on-site team on a prestigious residential development. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping the development well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition for residents. Typical duties will include basic plumbing, minor electrical work, painting and decorating, general repairs, and assisting with health & safety checks.
