We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing office operations and reception duties, preferably within a legal environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our office.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the switchboard, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.

  • Maintain diary management for senior staff and organise meetings.

  • Oversee internal office refurbishments and maintenance of building facilities.

  • Supervise and support the development of two office juniors.

  • Liaise with external contractors and handle logistics for high-profile client visits.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including updating First Aiders and Fire Marshalls information, and conducting fire drills.

  • Assist the Senior Partner with organising meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential paperwork.

  • Manage office supplies, including stationery, kitchen stock, and equipment.

  • Handle postal duties such as franking and organising couriers.

  • Set up communication tools for new starters, including desk phones, mobiles, and business cards.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Receptionist, preferably in a legal environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
