Private Equity Transactional - Commercial Real Estate, 8+ pqe

Pivotal new in-house legal hire collaborating with cross-functional teams with a focus on driving forward high-impact transactions structuring innovative equity investments, and other investments in their diverse portfolio.

You will have 8+ years’ of experience at a leading international law firm and/or asset manger focusing on commercial real estate private equity transactions in the UK and Europe (including asset/ corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, co-invest structures – experience in development preferable).

To be successful in this role you will need strong business sense and an of market dynamics.
