Ede & Ravenscroft is London’s oldest tailors and received its first royal commission in 1689 when it was entrusted to create the robes for the coronation of William and Mary. Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to delivering the traditional values which have built its reputation, holding two royal warrants and crafting fine quality clothes. Our Edinburgh store provides Ready to Wear Menswear, Legal Attire, Academic Dress and Personal Tailoring.

We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time (37.5 hrs. per week fully flexible – 5 days in 6) Store Manager to join our Edinburgh Team. Store open Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Main duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
  • Building long term client relationships and ability to understand customer’s needs and product features
  • Maximising sales and driving the store’s KPI results
  • Representing brand values along with a professional manner and appearance
  • Leading store housekeeping and visual merchandising
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Development of staff and training
  • Stock management

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar retail store management position
  • A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills and an organised and proactive approach
  • The ability to lead and motivate others
