The role:
Due to this period of growth, the need has arisen for a senior claims professional focussing on worldwide Casualty and Professional Lines business, including USA Healthcare.
Main duties will involve the handling of a broad portfolio of casualty, professional lines and healthcare claims and ensuring that outsourced partners adhere to set governance standards.
The candidate may also be expected to assist generally across the claims team and there is an opportunity to broaden the scope of classes of business, outside of those fore mentioned and jurisdictions i.e Property for example-if not already experienced) and gain wider experience in claims.
Requirements :
The successful candidate will be ambitious and have a dynamic character and can-do attitude, coupled with experience in handling professional lines or med mal/healthcare claims in the Lloyds / London market.
- A good level of education.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- The ability to deliver results to agreed deadlines and look for pro-active solutions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player-dedicated to continual development.
- Ideally USA claims handling experience.
