Job Description About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Composite Department. Are you an experienced and skilled composite laminator? Role and Responsibilities Creating hand-built composite components Carefully and accurately following project specifications and technical drawings Preparing components for autoclave curing using vacuum bagging techniques Maintaining tooling patterns and moulds, applying chemical sealers and release systems Fabricating moulds and resolving any quality issues in collaboration with project engineers Following build manuals and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy Maintaining personal hand tools Tracking materials using the correct documentation Collecting data to ensure all components meet high quality specifications Maintaining optimal quality materials by ensuring prepreg carbon fibre is correctly stored after shift The safe handling composite materials, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines Take a proactive role…
