This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with PMLD and other complex needs. About the Role: Supporting students on a one-to-one basis Working with pupils with PMLD and challenging behaviours Creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment Using creative and adaptive strategies to engage students What We\’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher with SEND experience/ ECT with a passion for SEND Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach Patience, positivity, and a desire to see all students succeed A good standard of education with the ability to assess and develop learners\’ progress individually Why Join Academics?
