Commercial Management:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and risk mitigation.

  • Experience in managing multi-million-pound projects or portfolios.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.

  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, or a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
