In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties. This includes liaising with multiple stakeholders, managing repairs, assisting with the onboarding of new properties, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual requirements, as well as working to industry best practices.

DAY TO DAY:

Ensuring all properties and actions are fully compliant with instructions.

Managing Right to Rent checks.

Obtaining EPCs and other necessary certificates and assessments.

Processing applications while ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Managing reported maintenance issues, including liaising with contractors, controlling costs, and processing invoices.

Overseeing health and safety checks and accurately recording information within the system.

Instructing legal proceedings and working with third parties to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and third parties.

Maintaining accurate records and providing effective solutions to clients, customers, and internal teams.
