Restaurant Floor Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee the day to day running of this newly refurbished hotel restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of the senior opening team.

The Place

A luxury hotel in central Bath. This 100-bedroom hotel has embarked on a multi-million-pound transformation which will see all the guest rooms, public area space and F&B fully refurbished and will also include a luxury spa facility. The restaurant will be the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team will prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant will be a luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s).

The Person

The Successful Restaurant Floor Manager will have the following:

• Have previous experience managing restaurants at Assistant Manager level
• Reservations/bookings experience for a busy fast paced restaurant
• Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service
• Passion for great food, drinks and service.
• Experience with all day dining concepts
• Good knowledge of the local market and trends.
