Senior Talent Consultant – Building relationships and recruiting exceptional talent up to Director level.

We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Store Manager. This is your chance to join a multiple award-winning and fastest-growing self-storage provider in the UK. Offering state-of-the-art facilities and well-known for their luxury/premium storage facility across London.

What You Can Expect

• Location – London
• Salary – £30,000 – £42,000 with OTE of £50,000
• Work type – Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Store Manager

• Running the store and ensuring efficient restock and minimizing stockouts.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing consultative advice based on the customer needs.
• Managing the phone, dealing with customers’ queries, and providing expert advice.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail) – ideally in a self-storage environment.
• Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial – or able to be on the phone regularly to support.
• Seamlessly transition between telesales and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the store.
