Ede & Ravenscroft is London’s oldest tailors and received its first royal commission in 1689 when it was entrusted to create the robes for the coronation of William and Mary. Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to delivering the traditional values which have built its reputation, holding all royal warrants and crafting fine quality clothes. Our London stores provides Ready to Wear Menswear, Legal Attire, Academic Dress and Personal Tailoring. The role will be working across our Chancery Lane and Savile Row stores.

We are currently recruiting high calibre full-time Retail Sales Advisor to join our London Team. Our stores are open Monday to Saturday only.

Main duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
  • Building long term client relationships and ability to understand customer’s needs and product features
  • Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results
  • Representing brand values along with a professional manner and appearance
  • Undertaking store housekeeping and some visual merchandising

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Experience of working in a similar role in retail
  • Ability to work to a flexible rota
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
