Global Technical Services Director

Highly respected multinational broker is looking for a Global Technical Services Director.

The role holder will be responsible for setting company standards and for leading the strategic and operational functions of the company’s technical services across all geographies. These include:

1. Insurance Data Entry: MRCs, proposals, quotes, renewals and endorsements
2. Bordereaux Processing: Premium / Payment, Risk / Written & Claims
3. Slip/policy document management: Creating Evidence of Cover
4. Invoice Debiting: Creating Premium Invoices
5. LPAN (London Premium Advice Note): generation and submission to Xchanging (XIS)
6. Other technical administration as required

The purpose of the role is to deliver technical expertise, regulatory compliance, and innovation in processes and systems to enhance service delivery, reduce risk and support business growth.

In order to be considered for this exciting senior level operations opportunity you will need to have the following:

1. 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong technical background.
2. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing technical services.
3. Experience of managing offshore/outsourced relationships.
4. Proven experience in leveraging technology for operational efficiency.
5. In-depth knowledge of technical processing in insurance.
6. Expertise in insurance-related technology platforms and tools.
7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
