- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales objectives for the UK & US, including market entry plans for new regions in the markets and planning annual/quarterly/monthly campaigns, budgeting for the same, etc.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes across various international markets.
- Develop and lead marketing campaigns in the UK & US that effectively convey the brand’s message and values to different cultural contexts and market specifics.
- Lead a diverse team of marketing professionals located in UK & US, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with 5+ years in leading international teams.
- Desirable experience- 12+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with 6+ years of significant focus on marketing in the UK / US
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in UK&US, preferably in industries with high customer engagement like travel, luxury goods, or technology.
- Prior experience in Aviation sector is an advantage
