Site Manager

Site Manager required to join leading Modular build contractor on project in the Wisbech area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS with experience of managing modular build projects from the groundworks through modular construction and installation through to hand over. Site Manager with previous modular schools and with DFE experience would be a major advantage. Site Manager with a solid background within general construction would also be considered. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork
