As a Graduate Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals in either the Insolvency Administration or Property Receivership Administration team. You will gain hands-on experience in managing cases, developing technical expertise, and working directly with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Insolvency Administration:

Assisting with the preparation of statutory documentation and reports.

Supporting case managers in the progression of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and voluntary arrangements.

Liaising with creditors, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to manage casework.

Conducting financial investigations and preparing reports on findings.

Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Property Receivership Administration:

Assisting with the appointment process for property receiverships.

Liaising with property agents, solicitors, and lenders to manage the portfolio of cases.
