Job Description Overview We are seeking an M&A Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team at a leading mid-market corporate finance advisor. The role offers the opportunity to work on M&A and Debt Advice projects in the UK & Europe, under the guidance of a highly respected senior investment banking professional. Responsibilities Produce company valuations, financial modelling, and prepare materials for client and internal presentations Attend client meetings, prepare financial requests, and collaborate with third-party advisors Analyse investment opportunities by market, segment, or sector Prepare statistical analysis of fund performance Work as part of a team to achieve desired results Qualifications, Skills & Experience 1-2 years’ relevant work experience within an Infrastructure M&A Team from a bank or boutique advisory firm Proven deal execution experience with excellent client presentation skills Strong financial modelling and quantitative skills Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude Ability to perform well in demanding and time-sensitive initiatives Day-to-day The role involves actively participating in financial modelling, attending client meetings, and collaborating with team members…
