This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with proven audit experience to contribute to the firm's continued success and growth.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nConducting audits of client accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.\\n\\nLeading audit engagements, from planning through to completion, while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.\\n\\nSupervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.\\n\\nPerforming detailed risk assessments and identifying areas for process improvement within client organizations.\\n\\nPreparing comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement to clients.\\n\\nLiaising effectively with clients to address queries, provide advice, and cultivate strong working relationships.\\n\\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline audit procedures and enhance service delivery.\\n\\nStaying abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform audit strategies and methodologies.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified.\\n\\nPrevious experience in external audit within an accounting firm is essential, with exposure to a variety of industries preferred.\\n\\nStrong technical proficiency in auditing standards and regulations, with the ability to apply principles effectively.\\n\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.\\n\\nAnalytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.\\n\\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\nSalary circa £32,000 – £47,500 + benefits, depending on experience and qualification status.\\n\\nFull study support, if required.\\nOpportunity for career progression and professional development within a reputable and growing firm.\\n\\nSupportive and collaborative work environment, where your contributions are valued and recognized.\\n\\nExposure to diverse clients and industries, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.\\n\\nCommitment to work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements available.\\n\\nPlease contact Joe Potter on (phone number removed) (tel), (phone number removed) (mob), , or via for a confidential conversation. \\n\\nRefer a friend…\\n\\nWe’re keen to remain the leading provider of the best accountancy talent in the South-East.
