Job Description
Team Leader, Entertainment Business Travel Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production travel. The role is hybrid with their Central London office and we are looking for a Team Leader to join this growing team. Paying £45-48k, but there is flex on this for the right person.\\n\\nTeam Leader Duties\\n\\nManaging a team of dedicated travel consultants focussing on music and touring clients \\n\\nAnswering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from dedicated clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner\\n\\nWorking in a fast paced environment with Entertainment and Music clients \\n\\nSourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo\\n\\nTeam Leader Skills Required:\\n\\nPrevious management experience ideally within business travel/entertainment accounts\\n\\nKnowledgeable on Galileo ideally, however another GDS system will be considered \\n\\nGood geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines\\n\\nComfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email\\n\\nAble to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers\\n\\nAdditional information\\n\\nWorking Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm\\n\\nPaying up to £48,000 DOE\\n\\nAmazing company benefits and social events \\n\\nIf you are interested in the above role please send your CV to (url removed)
