House Warden\\n Ongoing Contract Position\\n Location : London SE11\\n Pay : £13.15/Per Hour\\n Hours : 42 hours/ 6 to 6\\n\\nWe are actively searching for a House Warden for a leading facility management company.\\n Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.\\n\\nDuties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to: -\\n\\nGood communication, customer service & IT skills\\nChecking passes & arranging escorts for the visitors\\nMaintaining Sign in & out records at all ties\\nReporting any faults or damage on rooms becoming vacant\\nComply with all health & safety requirements and the relevant paperwork\\nResponsible to monitor residents comply with client rules\\nTo check & report any building faults\\n If you are a MOTIVATED, HIGHLY PROFFESSIONAL individual and want to take your career in security to the next level – then we want to hear from you!\\n For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
