Programme Manager – Property – Part Time (21 hours per week)
Are you an experienced Programme Manager looking for an exciting new challenge within the property sector? We are recruiting for a dynamic individual to join a leading property team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of estates. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving strategic initiatives, optimising property performance, and supporting the delivery of key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programme-level strategic planning and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee property project programmes, ensuring clear communication of timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to align with project goals and key deliverables.
- Monitor performance using KPI data, analyse operational challenges, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support financial management, including tracking project expenditures, raising purchase orders, and approving invoices within delegated authority.
- Prepare project status reports, maintain organised documentation, and support stakeholder engagement.
About You:
- Proven experience in programme coordination or management, ideally within the property industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and project tracking software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
