Machine Operator

Brightwork Recruitment is currently hiring Machine Operators to join our client\’s team at their Coatbridge facility. As part of an established team, you will be trained across a variety of equipment and play an integral role in the larger production team. Day Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM Your Time at Work -Training on multiple machines within the production area. -Recording equipment downtime accurately. -Ensuring equipment hygiene is maintained to high standards. -Switching between bottling equipment and bottling lines as needed. -Strictly following all SOPs and instructions. -Adhering to Health and Safety protocols and Risk Assessments. -Contributing to continuous performance improvement efforts. Our Perfect Worker -Experience with machinery in a bottling environment (e.g., capper, filler, depal). -Strong attention to detail. -Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. -Previous experience in a production setting (experience in the spirits industry is a bonus). -A team player who ensures work is completed to high standards and in line with company procedures. -Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
