Real Estate Investment Analyst / Associate, London (Hybrid)\\n\\nNegotiable base and comp structure\\n\\nLondon based property investor is looking to bring in to the team a confident, capable, articulate and numerical Analyst who can work with and fully understands how to build and work with financial models. \\n\\nWorking within a small team of real estate professionals, the focus is very much of putting together investment models and pitches relating to the student accommodation space in the UK.\\n\\nIt is expected that applicants will have some prior experience of working within the student space or general living sector. You may be perhaps Year 2 – 4 in terms or modeling experience too).\\n\\nWe anticipate you will be educated to a high standard and within a relevant field such as Economics or Finance.\\n\\nMost important of all will be to find the right 'person fit', the firm are made up of entrepreneurial people, those who are hungry to succeed and progress.\\n\\nIf you are in London, working within an investment team that are perhaps not overly active right now, or you can't see progression, then this may be an option for you.\\n\\nPlease note, we are only considering Analyst and Associates with real estate investment experience for this role and unable to consider candidates without this.
