Experienced Bid Writer opportunity for permanent role within a medium sized civil engineering contractor. Candidates will have the flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week. The role: Working alongside the Contracts Director you will: * Prepare and manage formal bid documentation * Communicate with potential clients on tenders and PQQs * Coordinate tender correspondence and feedback * Make sure information is up to date by maintaining relevant databases * Maintain effective filing system to stay on top of all documentation * Update and maintain sub-contractor list * Work to tight deadlines and short time scales * Maintain quality assurance certifications You will be: * A good team player who is comfortable working on their own * Organised and able to prioritise workload * Excellent verbal and written skills * Experienced using MS Office Ideal candidate will have previous Bid Writing experience in a similar role.
