Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Deliver professional software demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs and how our ERP solutions can benefit their business.
  • Produce accurate sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize opportunities.
  • Maintain product knowledge and advise customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Background in business development, account management, software implementation, and/or training.
  • Consultative approach to understanding business processes and customer needs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to first-class customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Sales experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the stockist, merchant, distributor, and wholesale sector.
