Job title: Electrician Location: Glasgow – Govan and Scotstoun – Based on site and must be able to attend a recruitment day in Glasgow. Salary: £37,318.00 (additional shift allowance of 33% may be applicable) Requirements: Trade Papers to be provided when submitting application What you’ll be doing: Installing of all types of cables (multi-core, single core and co-axial) & electrical systems (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc.) Cable terminations and installation of all electrical equipment Using a range of hand tools Your skills and experiences: Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers) Understanding of electrical installation drawings Clear understanding of SHE Risks Awareness Understanding of manufacturing processes Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment Please ensure you have attached a copy of your qualifications when submitting your application.
