What You’ll Be Doing: * Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring full compliance with HFEA and CQC standards. * Provide outstanding patient-centred care by engaging empathetically with patients throughout their fertility journey, ensuring clear and compassionate communication at every stage. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively contributing to innovation in laboratory practices and supporting the ongoing development and performance of the team. What We’re Looking For: * A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong practical experience in fertility treatments. * Proficiency in biopsy procedures is essential. * ICSI training and HCPC registration are desirable but not required. * We welcome ambitious Embryologists looking to advance into a Senior or Deputy Laboratory Manager position. * We welcome candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds.
