Are you an experienced Account Manager, within the Corporate Travel industry? Are you proven working with an international network ! WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU!!\\n\\nWe are working with an established TMC who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Central London offices.\\n\\nYou will be Implementing and managing global client relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring quality service, maximum account expansion/penetration, retention and profitability.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nDevelop and maintain effective client relationships at the decision-maker level in order to maximise revenue from all company products and services.\\nDevelop and execute customer service call plans and account reviews.\\nProvide proactive, consultative service and state-of-the-art product enhancements to accounts.\\nNegotiate preferred vendor programmes for corporate clients including air, car, hotel, and credit card.\\nPresent client reviews to ensure that the company Value Statement is understood.\\nConsult with clients on travel management practices such as travel policy, best practices, traveller safety, benchmarking, visa requirements, VAT reclamations, etc.\\nMaintain client database of negotiated programmes.\\nServe as project manager between the company and corporate clients regarding on-line booking products and services, including implementation schedule and product penetration.\\nCommunicate progress and status of activity to management.\\nProvide data analysis and consultation for optimal cost savings travel programmes.\\nFacilitate customer needed travel education opportunities.\\nManage partner agency and customer global portfolio.\\nDevelop and execute strategic business plans.\\nDevelop in-depth understanding of assigned clients.\\nInfluence client decisions.\\nBuild relationships for success.\\nCross-sell company products and services.\\nDevelop in-depth understanding of the business travel market.\\nData consolidation and business analysis.\\nNegotiate profitable contracts.\\nProject Management delivery.\\nManagement of partnership satisfaction.\\nPerforms other duties as requested.\\nManage and report on service level agreement and scorecard of overall partnership programme.Skills required:\\n\\nWorking knowledge of the travel industry (Corporate Travel) and competitive business travel issues.\\nOrganisational skills to effectively coordinate the variety of tasks involved throughout the evolution of a corporate account.\\nCommunication skills, both oral and written to streamline information vital to the successful maintenance and expansion of the companies accounts.\\nStrong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to work effectively with corporate clients, sales management, information technology and client services staff.\\nTime management skills, computer skills with Microsoft office products.\\nRegular and dependable attendance and punctuality is required.\\nExperience with various industry technologies such as GDS, Back-office, travel management reporting tools, CRM tool, online booking tools, mobile apps and others that apply.The Package:\\n\\nA salary of £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus / incentives\\nHybrid working conditions (3 days in the office / 2 from home)\\nOffice locations – central LondonInterested?\\n\\nPlease click APPLY or contact (url removed)
