Previous experience within management / SHE role Manager within Food manufacturing.

Expert knowledge of best practice, Industry standards and implementation of these

Good knowledge of Environmental / Sustainability practices with the ability to adopt and implement.

Understanding on how local Government departments work and the ability to proactively engage to develop a good working relationship with key stakeholders.

Agile – thinking and behaviours.

Flexibility – attend national SHE meetings in any site in the UK.

Previous People Management experience including individual’s development.

Ability to manage a Change Culture in terms of Health & Safety.

NEBOSH / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001/ IOSH / HACCP (desired)
