This growing health tech company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Digital to take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, you’ll drive growth, brand visibility, and performance across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end digital strategy: SEO, content, outreach, paid media, analytics, and AI innovation.
- Managing website performance, brand presence, and campaign delivery across all platforms.
- Overseeing creative partners, and collaborating closely with the business development and finance teams.
- Creating and publishing weekly content (including AI-generated assets), managing backlink outreach, and running email campaigns.
- Producing biweekly AI video content and monthly digital assets.
- Running paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Reporting weekly to the CEO and quarterly to the board on KPIs, SEO performance, and digital growth.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrable use of AI tools (beyond ChatGPT) – you’ll need to show 5 real examples.
- Strong SEO, content, and analytics expertise.
- Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, Zoho, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Monday.com.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries.
