Weekend Night Concierge Sat and Sun, 7pm to 7am London SE1 £45k Exceptional Weekend Night Concierge needed at this high-end residential development in Southwark. Duties will include running the front of house reception, meeting and greeting all residents, guests and contractors, dealing with all deliveries, ensuring the safety and security of the building at all times, liaise with the managing agents accordingly, delivering excellent customer service, understanding and following all Health & Safety policies and practices, and handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. The Weekend Night Concierge should have prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, a solid proven track record within the industry sector, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation
