Production Operative

We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Glossop. This is a varied, hands-on role in a supportive team environment, perfect if you enjoy practical work and building quality products from start to finish. What’s on offer? * £13–£13.50 p/h * Mon–Fri | 9am–5pm * Overtime available * 20 days holiday + banks * Incentive-driven bonuses * In-house training provided * Standard pension scheme What will you be doing as a Production Operative? * Wiring looms and assembling cables from drawings * Cutting, crimping, and soldering * 3D designing and working from a system * Picking, packing, and stock taking * General factory/office duties * Occasional local deliveries What will you need? * Previous experience in a factory/production environment * Comfortable in a hands on role Interested?
