Trainee Engineer

Our well-established business partner specializing in maintaining critical air conditioning and chiller equipment is providing an opportunity for a self-motivated Trainee Engineer to support the engineering team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your skills in a technical field, with the potential for future career advancement. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and formal development programmes.

Salary: £20,000 – 40 hours a week Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the engineers with various tasks.
2. Actively participate in training programmes and workshops to enhance technical skills.
3. Contribute by performing assigned tasks and providing support whilst on site.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
5. Develop understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
