Location: Reading, Newbury, Thatcham, Hook
Basic Salary: £36,400 per annum plus £50 per extra assets per day

Job Description
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful installation of Dual Fuel Smart Meters in domestic residential properties, aligning with the company’s commitment to providing excellent customer service and energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Smart Meter Installations to domestic properties
- Manage own stock levels on van and/or via ‘By-Box’ facilities
- Provide first-class customer service and support
- Provide customers with energy efficiency advice
- Ensure all worksheet submissions are accurate and timely
- Work closely with the Smart Service Delivery Manager to ensure daily, monthly, and quarterly targets are met
- Plan, organise, and manage own workload to ensure all company deadlines are met
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
- A certain level of flexibility will be required regarding the job role and responsibilities to fulfil this position.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous Dual Fuel Metering experience 2 years minimum
- Required Certifications:
- Electrical: MOCOPA or EUSR
- Gas: MET1 and either CMA1 or CCN1
- Experience of exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- IT literate
