This Chef de Partie position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Culinary experience, meal preparation skills, and a deep understanding of food safety are essential.
As Chef de partie you will be expected to run your section in the kitchen working to the high standards that are in place and that the regular custom expects.
Main duties include:

Assisting the Head Chef on managing stock

Ensuring food is of the right quality and produced promptly

Assisting your Head Chef in controlling a budget and managing wastage

Ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
