The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in RF electronics design, leadership or mentorship experience within a technical team, a penchant for problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills.\\nThe Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:\\n * A HNC/D / Degree in Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant experience\\n * A strong foundation in electronics engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team\\n * Experience in RF design and development, preferably in the telecommunications or critical communications industry.\\nThe successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £75,000 to £85,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance), an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.\\nDo you have the courage to take on this challenge?
