Overview
Parkhill is looking for students to join our team and work alongside our Structural Engineers to enhance the communities we serve. Under close supervision, performs routine tasks requiring knowledge of fundamental engineering, mathematical and construction concepts. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience providing support to engineers, engineering technicians, or project team in the preparation of calculations, engineering documents and design drawings. This is a part-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities
- Assist in engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of architectural and structural projects.
- Assist in preparing engineering documents for routine projects accurately and effectively.
- Uses computerized design software, including Autodesk Revit, and other relevant computerized tools to prepare design assignments.
- Work with our industry experts to develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs for public and private clients.
Qualifications
- Student status in Civil or Architectural Engineering or an appropriate related discipline at an accredited college or university.
